Have you ever left your online account's open on a public computer without proper logout and scared of your personal information would be misused by strangers. For instance: left your account without signing off on public internet centers and went miles away from the last logged-in devices, in this case, you cannot just come back from miles just to log out your account from that device.
Tips-Note: If you are in a public internet center's we recommend you to use incognito window for browsing, hence this will never keep track of anything and will automatically sign out when the browser is closed.
How to Sign-Out Social Media Accounts Such as Facebook, Twitter From Other System?
Online Accounts such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook always keeps track of user activity which includes information such as last login date/time, location IP address, browser information, etc. When an account is logged in from a device Google creates a session specifically for that device, so even if the user sign-out his account on another system, this won't close the earlier session left without log-out.
There was a famous quote "face is the index of mind" but now Facebook is the index of people, so if someone uses your account and misuse it by posting irrelevant content or abuse by an explicit sexual chat with your friends, you will be misunderstood by your friends/family that it was you and things can never go this worse, So it's better to prevent unauthorized user access than posting an apology status for being a victim of profile hack.
Search Giant google is not solely on social media (i.e. Google plus) it is providing several other services as well, so a user with a Gmail account will be automatically synced with several other google services. Signing out from any one of these services will automatically log-out you from all other services currently logged in. Despite users, logged-in with the same account in some other device will still stay active until signed out from that device. For instance: smartphones synced with a google account will stay active to send and receive files when connected to the internet, even after several log-in and log-out actions on desktop.
Even though Twitter uses sessions for each device logged in, Unlike google and Facebook, Twitter doesn't have a visual interface to "close all other sessions", so security is under risk. So we recommend you to change the password each time when you left your account without proper Sign-out on public networks.

Some tips to twitter user's when used on public networks:
There was a time when people stored confidential personal information on Locker's with heavy securities guarding around, but technology evolution has made everything simple, which allowed its users to store any information and provides 100% safety even the deadliest weapon in the world cannot break it, hence we store all confidential e-mail and bank details on reliable online accounts such as google, yahoo, etc.
Why is that necessary to sign-out remotely?
Whenever you log in to your account from any computer, the browser stores the cookies of login details and temporary internet files, because by default every computer was set to store cookies and temporary internet files. until you or someone deliberately log-out your session on that device, the account remains open and can be accessed after sometime or the next day without the need to input password credentials to access. If the account left without signing off on that device then even though the users have used the account later on some other device and performed a proper logout will not log out the earlier session left without signing-off.
